Krista and Kayla are sisters and best friends who live together in Ontario, Canada. They grew up watching The Oprah Winfrey show since they were little. When Oprah finished her show, the sisters were disappointed that their mentor-ship with Oprah was over. But it wasn’t long until Oprah announced some of her new shows on her exciting new channel OWN (The Oprah Winfrey Network). The girls were ecstatic! Their favorite of all the shows is Oprah’s Life Class. During the first airing, Kayla was living in Australia for a few months while Krista was still at home. The sisters were both able to watch the classes and Skype to each other about their Oprah epiphanies! Committed to changing their lives, the girls have actively been putting Oprah’s lessons to good use. In February of 2012, Oprah announced she was taking her life class on the road. The girls never dreamed that Oprah would end up in their own backyard, Toronto, Ontario! One afternoon, Krista saw a post on her facebook that tickets were on sale for Oprah’s life class in Toronto. She called Kayla at work repeatedly until Kayla answered and the girls decided that they would get tickets. Shortly after purchasing their tickets, the show was completely sold out! Krista and Kayla feel blessed to be able to attend Oprah’s Life Class taping in Toronto with many of their favorite speakers including Tony Robbins, Deepak Chopra, Ylanya Vanzant and Bishop T.D. Jakes. In gratitude for the many blessings the girls have received in their lives, they wanted to start this blog, so as to share their lessons through Oprah with others.
