Upon returning from Oprah’s Life Class with Deepak Chopra, I reflect on this whirlwind adventure and the a-ha moments I had in class.

I just returned from Oprah’s Life Class in New York with Deepak Chopra. It was the most incredible experience of my life. Even more amazing is that I visualized it and it came true. We can change our lives if we just start with our thoughts. It is that simple. I have so much to tell you and so much that I learned from this experience. I took a brief video of myself and I will upload it tomorrow morning for you all. I am brimming with ideas and tips and just so much that I feel like I might explode with excitement. It is 3:45am right now in Ontario and I have been traveling since 7pm. I look forward to sharing all of this amazingness with you tomorrow, but for tonight I need my beauty rest.

Yesterday (Leap Day), I just happened to go onto my facebook in the afternoon, and what should pop-up on my newsfeed? An announcement that Oprah’s Life Class is coming to Toronto and we can buy tickets NOW! I seriously wondered if my heart had stopped. Was it April Fool’s Day today? No, wait a minute. This was real!
As soon as I saw the announcement, I called Kayla at work repeatedly until she answered and practically yelled down the line that Oprah was coming and we absolutely had to buy tickets. I think I took her a little by surprise!
We feel so blessed to have been able to get tickets to the Toronto Life Class with Oprah Winfrey, Deepak Chopra (our Mom loved him), Tony Robbins, Ylanya Vanzant and Bishop T.D. Jakes. Personally, I felt like my visualizations had come to life because as soon as Oprah had announced her tour dates in St. Louis and NYC, I began visualizing myself in front of Oprah, Deepak, and Tony. I knew I needed to be in that audience so badly. I put my name in the lottery and I sat for at least an hour every night visualizing myself front row and centre with my teachers. It felt so real to me. I could see it. I could hear it. I could feel every fibre of my being tingling. And I would even cheer out loud. And say, “And it is done.” and now I really feel like it is done. I will be sitting in front of Deepak, Oprah, and Tony. My visualization is really happening.
I am so truly blessed. Thank-you God. Thank-you Universe.
